Frequently Asked Questions

Medicom Pharma GmbH processes your orders on the basis of the general terms and conditions set out in Section 305 of the German Civil Code (BGB), paragraph 1.

You can order by mail, fax, telephone, SMS, email, or online. The purchase contract for the goods is concluded when orders are placed by mail, fax, telephone, email, or online through our order confirmation or upon delivery of the goods. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" / "Order with payment" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been submitted and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.

Please check the delivery notification or invoice for obvious spelling and calculation errors as well as for discrepancies between the order, confirmation and delivery.

Free shipping throughout Germany for orders over €15. For orders over €15, we ship free of charge within Germany. For orders up to €15, we charge €3.95 shipping. We ship within Germany within two business days of receiving your order. Delivery is subject to invoice.


For deliveries to EU member states, we charge a flat rate of EUR 6.95 per order. For international shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Medicom does not supply the Canary Islands.

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs fees may be charged depending on the country, over which we have no control. These costs are always borne by the recipient of the delivery. For deliveries to non-European countries, the following shipping costs will also apply:

AMOUNT: 20.00 EUR

*plus customs duties and import VAT, which the customer must pay directly to the customs authorities.

We accept the following payment methods: 1.) Invoice (only from the second order onwards). 2.) Credit card payments with VISA, MasterCard, and Amex. 3.) Amazon Payments. 4.) Sofortüberweisung. 5.) PayPal. For all payment methods except invoice, you will be redirected to the respective external payment service provider's website.
Your credit card account will be charged upon completion of your order. If paying by direct debit, your account will be charged when the goods leave our warehouse.
If you default on payment despite a reminder and setting a deadline, we are entitled to charge default interest at a rate of 5% above the European Central Bank's base interest rate, unless lesser damages can be proven. If we can prove that we have suffered greater damages due to the default, we are entitled to claim these.

If we make advance payments, e.g., when purchasing on account, we reserve the right to obtain identity and credit information from specialized service providers (credit agencies) in order to protect our legitimate interests. In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we grant you as a consumer the opportunity to exercise our money-back guarantee up to 90 days after receipt of the goods. The statutory provisions regarding the right of withdrawal are not restricted; during the withdrawal period, the statutory provisions regarding the right of withdrawal apply exclusively.
