We attach great importance to ensuring that our products reach you in the best premium quality. No matter which of the more than 70 preparations from the Medicom® and Nobilin brands you choose – all undergo a scientific quality inspection before market launch. The ingredients are clearly listed on the packaging, and the daily dose is precisely indicated.
High bioavailability
The ingredients and the sensible combinations of ingredients in our products are selected based on scientific findings. The best raw materials ensure optimal bioavailability of the active ingredients in the human organism. For example, we use the natural coenzyme Q10 and QH with a purity of 100 percent dissolved in oil, so they are particularly well absorbed by the body.
Scientifically based products
The scientific monitoring of all products is part of Medicom's quality standards. The assurance and evaluation is carried out according to the latest nutritional science findings. Although this approach entailed higher investments in product development in the early years, quality pays off in the long term.
Individual needs
We take individual diets into account, such as vegetarian or vegan diets and intolerances to gluten or lactose. Please pay attention to the corresponding labels in the web shop.
Reusable can
We focus on resource conservation for the future! By switching to a reusable packaging box, we are contributing to the reduction of packaging waste. The stylish, elegant box is made from sugar cane, a particularly fast-growing, natural raw material. It is also 100% recyclable.

Sustainability is very important to us, because what is good for the environment is also good for our well-being. We are not perfect either, which is why we are constantly working to expand our climate-neutral creation and operations. This begins with the procurement of raw materials. For our krill oil, for example, the krill is caught using an environmentally friendly, patented method. We completely refrain from animal testing in the manufacture of our preparations and the entire product range is GMO-free. Letters, customer magazines, catalogs and brochures are printed on recycled paper. And Medicom shipping is also climate neutral. In addition, up to 95 percent of our products are manufactured by partner companies in Germany and Switzerland. This means quality and shorter transport routes from the production facilities to our self-operated logistics center.
Quality from origin to production
True quality begins with the raw material. That's why we source our ingredients exclusively from selected quality raw material suppliers - recognizable by independent seals on our products, in the catalog and in the webshop.
One example: The krill oil concentrate for Nobilin Krillöl® Forte comes from the Norwegian company Aker BioMarine™, a pioneer in sustainable fishing and technologically optimized processing.

But quality doesn't stop at selection. It is ensured at every stage:
- Incoming inspection: Testing the purity and quality of all raw materials
- In-process control: Random samples during production – for early error detection
- Final inspection: Tests to ensure product quality before delivery
We perform this triple control beyond legal requirements – on a voluntary basis. Because for us, only one thing matters: the best for your health.
All products are manufactured according to the GMP standard (Good Manufacturing Practice) – the strictest international regulations for the production of high-quality preparations. Additionally, we have many products inspected by external, independent testing laboratories such as the Institut Kuhlmann.
