Protein for muscles and energy
With these cookies, you are doing something good for your muscles. You should also know that proteins are made up of amino acids. You need sufficient protein, as well as antioxidants like flavonoids, specifically for muscle building. This allows you to specifically support your muscles and counteract the oxidative stress caused by physical activity. Hemp protein powder offers a very good, purely plant-based source of protein.
