NOBILIN GLUCO CINNAMON FOR DIABETES MELLITUS TYPE 2
Cinnamon can help maintain healthy blood sugar levels as part of a supportive diet (diet plan). Nobilin Gluco Cinnamon helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. It can be useful for diabetics to support their metabolism with cinnamon. A daily dose of Nobilin Gluco Cinnamon contains 300 mg of a high-quality cinnamon extract, which corresponds to around 3 g of cinnamon powder. Diabetics are increasingly exposed to free radicals and therefore have an increased need for antioxidants. Nobilin Gluco Cinnamon therefore contains the antioxidants vitamin C and E, selenium and zinc, in addition to other important vital substances.
WITH ORIGINAL CHINESE CINNAMON EXTRACT
Cinnamon is similar to the raw materials for coenzyme Q10, lycopene or lutein. There are different qualities. Nobilin Gluco Cinnamon contains a particularly high-quality, aqueous cinnamon extract, which is extracted from the bark of the Chinese cinnamon tree (Cinnamomum cassia) using a gentle process. Chinese cinnamon is superior to other types of cinnamon in many ways, which is why we use an aqueous extract from original Chinese cinnamon for Nobilin Gluco Cinnamon.
CINNAMON AND INSULIN METABOLISM
In order to absorb glucose into the cells, the body needs the metabolic hormone insulin. In type 2 diabetics, this hormone is present in sufficient quantities, but is not used by the cells or is used insufficiently, so that not enough glucose is absorbed into the cells. A certain substance in cinnamon can stimulate the cells' sensitivity to insulin.
CINNAMON: SPICE AND MEDICINE
Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices in the world. But before it found its way into the kitchen as a spice, it was used primarily for medicinal purposes in ancient times. Cinnamon stimulates the appetite as well as aids digestion and is therefore used in preparations for mild, cramp-like digestive problems.
It has also been known for some years that cinnamon can have a positive effect on blood sugar levels and is therefore used as a dietary measure for type 2 diabetes mellitus. However, for seasoning dishes, you should use the aromatic-tasting Ceylon cinnamon, which can be recognized by the light brown, finely rolled cinnamon sticks. The cheaper cassia cinnamon is darker and rolled more coarsely and is usually ground into powder.
Used therapeutically, cinnamon inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi. This is why scientists have now taken a closer look at the germ-inhibiting properties of cinnamon: Spanish researchers have developed a special wax paper that keeps bread and other baked goods fresh for longer. They found that wrapping paper soaked in cinnamon prevents the formation of 96 percent of the mold that normally forms in the first three days. The effect is said to last up to ten days, which is why the packaging is, according to the scientists, even more effective against mold than preservatives.
BROTH WITH GINGER AND CINNAMON AGAINST COLD
Cut some ginger root (about 2.5 centimeters) into small pieces and simmer with 1 1/2 cinnamon sticks in 350 milliliters of water for ten minutes. Strain the liquid and sweeten with a little honey if necessary and drink hot.
FOR NORMAL BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS
Nobilin Gluco Cinnamon is a useful dietary supplement tailored to the needs of diabetics. INSULIN-REQUIRING DIABETIC PEOPLE SHOULD CONSULT WITH THEIR DOCTOR BEFORE USE.
