Our podcast recommendations have been so well received that we are dropping four more. And perhaps there's an exciting new discovery in there for you, too.
Willkommen bei Dir. 7Mind Podcast...
... delivers big and small food for thought for everyday life. The creators of 7Mind call it "modern mindfulness straight from Berlin." Each week, host René Träder speaks for anywhere between 15 minutes and over an hour with guests such as a Zen teacher, a pastor, inclusion activist Raul Krauthausen, or Inas Nureldin, the founder of the sustainable Tomorrow Bank. Under the motto "conscious, mindful, and relaxed," the conversations often provide support and inspiration for a conscious lifestyle and stress management in daily life. De-stressing.
Heart2Heart by Amorelie...
... the relationship podcast for a successful partnership and a fulfilling sex life. Every two weeks, host Lina Gralka (from the erotic toy retailer Amorelie) spends about an hour talking to experts and opinion leaders about topics that affect us all and that we deal with daily, even if we sometimes pretend they aren't part of our lives: feelings, intimate partnerships, and sex. Erotic.
Aufwachen Podcast
At least as important as mindfulness, health, gossip, and sex: politics. Tilo Jung, Stefan Schulz, and other hosts watch the news and comment on it in great detail, with insight and without mincing words. This gives you a deep insight into the news landscape and current political events. The weekly podcast ended after 444 episodes on July 21, 2020, but you can find all episodes at aufwachen-podcast.de. Enlightening.
Herrengedeck...
... featuring gossip and chatter about everything under the sun. Some might find the constantly cheerful prattle of the two radio hosts, Ariana Baborie and Laura Larsson, in this weekly podcast a bit exhausting, but others swear by the lively, fast-paced, and entertaining episodes. In them, the hosts also reveal a lot about themselves and their personal perspectives on current phenomena and trends. In any case, "Herrengedeck" has already won awards and can count on a large number of loyal fans. The length of the episodes varies from week to week: an approximately 90-minute episode is followed the next week by a 30-minute one called "Die Kurze" (The Short One). Amusing.
