Ingredients for the green smoothie:
- 3 handfuls of ground elder
- 3 handfuls of dandelion
- 3 handfuls of stinging nettles
- 3 apples
- 1 1/2 cucumbers
Smoothie preparation:
First, wash the ground elder and dandelion and chop them roughly. Also wash the stinging nettles, wearing disposable gloves while doing so. Then chop them roughly. Wash, quarter, and core the apples; clean, wash, and peel the cucumbers. Cut the apples and cucumbers into pieces small enough to fit into the juicer's feed chute.
Gradually add all ingredients into the running juicer and then pour into four glasses. Best enjoyed immediately.
